Why We Built This Site
Finding the correct custodian can be harder than understanding the request. Kay Arnold-Goss, the Randolph County Clerk of Superior Court, keeps Superior and Juvenile clerk records. Probate and Magistrate courts maintain separate registers, while Cuthbert and Shellman keep their own municipal matters. Georgia E-Access routes Randolph Superior users to PeachCourt, and the Pataula Judicial Circuit publishes a separate calendar.
The site brings those distinct paths into one reference point. It explains where an official search begins, what a docket field means, and when a clerk must supply the answer. It does not merge the courts or suggest that one portal covers every Randolph County case.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket instructions: ways to locate criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Hearing information: steps for reading the court schedule and confirming a date
- Case lookup help: guidance for a docket search by name or case number
- Record access: routes to court case records and certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This private reference website has no authority over a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits include the following:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor
- It cannot set, reset, cancel, or verify a hearing
- It cannot seal, remove, or change a court record
- It cannot certify a docket, order, judgment, or filed document
- It cannot offer legal advice about a case
- It cannot promise that a fee, contact detail, or setting remains current
An official or certified Randolph County record must come from the court or clerk that maintains the original.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside companies. Those providers control their results, prices, accounts, retention practices, and terms. A paid registration may produce a referral fee that supports the operation of this resource. Randolph County Court Docket does not control the partner's charges or records.
